Hakdong Mongdol Beach, filled with small black pebbles, spans a distance of 1.2 kilometers and a width of 50 meters, covering a 30,000 ㎡ area. Walking on the pebbles stimulates acupressure points on the soles of feet, providing health benefits for visitors. Unlike other beaches in the southern part of the country, the water of Hakdong Mongdol Beach is deep with rough waves, but various water activities are available. There are accommodations and restaurants nearby and the dock at the beach offers a boat excursion around popular attractions

5.00Peter Kim was an excellent guide for our trip to Geoje Island. He was on time to the hotel. He was kind and informative as we asked him all about the city and culture. He brought us to Castle on the Sand and then the POW Camp Museum and Tour. Again, he was very informative and attentive. Our tour included a couple more scenic spots, but we mentioned the Sea Temple. He said that was an excellent choice, and away we went. It was an excellent choice. Again, Peter was very informative again, and the temple is beautiful. We would recommend Peter and tour with him again when in the country.
