Charismatic master Maia teaches how to cook khinkalis with funny joke. She speaks English,Russian and Turkish.I'm the owner who supports by English and Japanese. You can drink free tea,coffee,wine,beer and soft drink while you are cooking. We have a party with salad and free drinks. Also you can enjoy our atmosphere as more than 220 years old(18 century) architecture of buildings during Russian Empire before Soviet Union. You feel countryside in the middle of city center.

What To Expect
The whole process takes 2 hours and 30 mins and includes: 1. Cutting vegetables and mix with minced meat. 2. Making dough and wrapping vegetable and meat mix in the dough with our master. 3. Boiling the khinkalis 4. Eating Khinkalis and salad together with a free beer,wine,soft drink,tea and coffee. You can choose your ingredients beer,pork or mix, coriander or not. And you will take any type of drink while you are cooking khinkalis.
