This is an activity that takes place riding through hills and small canyons.
So the main difference between Las Cañadas Campamento Horseback Riding Tour and other local horseback tours is the scenery.
Whereas all other local horseback riding tours take place riding along the beach, in this tour you will be riding uphill and downhill through dirt trails which offer amazing views and lots of photo opportunities.

What To Expect
Travelers will enjoy a unique outdoor experience starting with a comfortable 45-minute scenic shuttle ride from our meeting point at the Port to Las Cañadas Campamento. Once at the park, you will embark on a guided Horseback Riding tour to the Echo Viewpoint. Your guide will lead you through beautiful trails that take you to a stunning terrace at the top. At the Viewpoint, you and your family can experience the mysterious phenomena of sound reflection known as Echo, while gazing upon the wonderful views of the mountains, canyons, and a panoramic bird's-eye view of the entire campground. Please Note: This specific tour is conducted in Spanish only. While the experience is highly visual and easy to follow, the guide's instructions will be in Spanish. The horseback ride itself lasts approximately 1 hour. With the roundtrip transportation and preparation, please plan for a total experience duration of about 3 hours from the time you meet us at the port. Pricing Note: 'Adult' (ages 8-99) refers to the rider who will handle their own horse. 'Child' (ages 3-7) must ride as a passenger on the same horse as an adult.

5.00We chose this activity because my mom loves horseback riding, and even though I’m not usually a fan, I ended up truly enjoying this tour. The scenery throughout the entire ride is beautiful, but the 'Eco Lookout' (Mirador del Eco) is absolutely breathtaking—the panoramic views are impressive. The horses were well-behaved and the pace was perfect. It’s a very peaceful and rustic way to see the mountains of Ensenada. I’m so glad we did this together!

5.00My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time on the Las Cañadas Campamento Horseback Riding Experience. The entire location is unbelievably beautiful! We did a similar horseback riding experience last year when we visited Ensenada, riding along the beach, but the landscape here at Las Cañadas Campamento truly is very impressive. The views are absolutely gorgeous and provide a completely different, rustic feel. The highlight of the ride is when the trail reaches a panoramic viewpoint where you get an impressive, sweeping view—it's totally worth the ride up! Our guide, Ascención, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire journey. We appreciated his friendliness and his assistance with the horses. The guides do not speak English, but since we speak Spanish, it was not a problem at all for us. We also enjoyed other activities at this place, including the ATV ride, the zip lines, and had a great lunch at La Troja Restaurant. If you are visiting Ensenada and are looking for a true riding adventure with stunning, mountainous scenery, we definitely recommend Las Cañadas Campamento.
