Giant's Causeway

The Giant's Causeway lies at the foot of the basalt cliffs along the sea coast on the edge of the Antrim plateau in Northern Ireland. It is made up of some 40,000 massive black basalt columns sticking out of the sea. The dramatic sight has inspired legends of giants striding over the sea to Scotland. Geological studies of these formations over the last 300 years have greatly contributed to the development of the earth sciences, and show that this striking landscape was caused by volcanic activity during the Tertiary, some 50–60 million years ago.

Ballintoy

Ballintoy Harbour can be discovered in the picturesque village of Ballintoy. Known as a ‘raised beach’, it is located alongside the B15 coast road, 17 miles north-east of Coleraine and five miles west of Ballycastle. Accessed by a spectacular, steep winding road, it is a painter’s paradise with sea stacks, rocky islands, pools and busy harbour leading to one of Europe’s great cliff-top and wild beach walks. A car park and picnic facilities are available beside the harbour café.

    Today john took us a private tour along the Causeway coastal road stopping off at some of the most beautiful sites , including Game of Thrones location sites and finishing of at the Giants Causeway, highly recommend and will definitely go with John agsin

    Spectacular trip with John that made the most of our one full day in Northern Ireland. Great responsiveness and service (and a very comfortable transport) from beginning to end. John helped us tailor the trip to our group’s interests on the fly and made sure we had the best bespoke experience. Would highly recommend to anyone, one of the highlights of our two week holiday.

    We are very lucky to have John as our day-trip operator when we only had short cruise ship port docking time. With his help, we were able to complete our plan to visit several great sites, including Giant's Causeway.     We spent a few days of our vacation in Ireland. When we were there we visited a number of different locations around the country. We visited locations such as The Giants Causeway, Bushmills and the beautiful drive around the coastal area. John made this a very enjoyable trip and his knowledge and experience of these locations made it very enjoyable. His coach was very luxurious and comfortable which made the trip very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend John for anyone wanting to visit these locations in Ireland. Many thanks John 5 ⭐️

    A Great Day out with the Family, John was an Excellent host, he was very informative on all questions asked, we would Highly recommend, to add this with John to your to do list. His jokes aren't great,😂😂 but his Beautiful coach is Luxurious, and makes up for it. Definately will do again. Thank you John for a memorable day.

    Didn’t know what to expect when we booked this but couldn’t be happier with our experience,The bus was very luxurious and more than comfortable for us all (a family of 6). The Tour itself was fantastic and we couldn’t believe the amount of experiences we packed In for one day. Our driver John made the day, he was very professional, knowledgeable and full of helpful tips for places to go, things to do as well as showing us the best places to eat and drink. We have 4 kids from 8 to 19 and John interacted with them all throughout the day and kept them and us entertained with his humour and stories. He went above and beyond what we expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone. This was our first time doing a tour like this but it won’t be our last and we will definitely use John again. Top class service, Thankyou
