Not enough time to see the gardens and Monets garden. Waste of money regarding the audio guided tour as we were not given headsets but a QR code download which didn’t work due to wifi problems. Tour guide Crystal wasn’t interested in helping us and basically said - you can complain to the operator and ignored us from then on. Disappointing

Five hours is too short with 3 hrs on bus and long slow lines we just barely had time to get thru everything and grab a sandwich to go for the trip back. If l were to do it again I would make sure of at least 6 hours. Or take the train to Vernon and then you’re in control of your time. The gardens were lovely and worth the trip but they deserve more time.

Magnificent to see such a famous garden in its Spring splendour. The colours and scents were amazing. The tour was a perfect length allowing time to wander.

The gardens are spectacular and worth seeing. The bus ride was comfortable. It wasn’t clear that the “audio guide” would be a website accessed by our own phone. Also, we would have liked more time to soak it all in instead of rushing back to meet the bus so next time we’d probably go on our own.

If you enjoy Monet, art, gardens and nature, plan to spend the day. Two hours is not enough to take in the atmosphere. Our guide Phillipe was excellent: knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful.

The tour was fantastic! Our guide, Dominique, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made sure the group was well-informed at every step. Having her as a guide truly enhanced my experience, she was a warm, welcoming presence throughout the trip. Thank you again!

They left is behind and refused to accept that they did not turn up at the agreed time! There were 10 of us waiting, so it wasn’t us. BUT they were so rude and do not accept ANY responsibility! DO NOT USE THEM!! They are a fraud!!

The audio guide is almost useless, but for some facts on Monet. The gardens are overcrowded with too many individual tourists and tour groups, and the group guides push in front of individuals. It’s horrible.
