Boasting a magnificent Cathedral in a picturesque setting. Finally enjoy a drive through Cheddar Gorge! A fantastic natural wonder.
We offer a relaxed, comfortable day trip around some of Somersets treasured landmarks. Enjoy your own private car and driver to take you between locations and cut out the rigid timings and busy bus tours! Our driver will be on hand to answer questions and give you pointers or advice on what to see at each location. However, unlike other tours, we let our guests explore each location at their own leisure!
Our driver will remain close by and be completely flexible on timing between locations. You may want to leave an area sooner or fall in Love with somewhere and want to stay a little longer. We are focused on letting our guests choose when and where they would like to visit!

What To Expect
Bath
We will collect your party from your accommodation/ hotel/ chosen location within Bath. We recommend a pick up time of 09.00am. Driving time to next location is approximately 30mins (Castle Combe).
Glastonbury
Glastonbury is a magical town steeped in myth and legend. Its famous tower sits on top of Glastonbury Tor and can be seen for miles! At the foot of the Tor remain the ruins of Glastonbury Abbey and the supposed 'Tomb of King Arthur'! With an array of mystical crystal shops and cafes this a fun town with plenty for everyone.

5.00This was great as I don't drive in england. RICHARD and I worked how much time in each place. I located him with no trouble. I booked this for a Monday and was lucky the glastonbury abbey was open then. Anyone should check the timing if you want to see it

5.00A friend was determined to see the Glastonbury ruins and this day trip was the easiest arrangement as we were staying in Bath (and had no car). We were completely delighted with every aspect of the day. Pick up by Richard was easily arranged and his car was lovely. He was an excellent driver, very friendly, dropped us off close to the sites, and was flexible and clear about time and place of pick-ups from both. We were amazed at Wells and the Cathedral there and recommend a visit. We had no expectations of Cheddar Gorge, but it's one of the most remarkable parts of England I have ever seen. It's a quick but unforgettable part of the route back to Bath. I would heartily recommend this day trip for adults.

5.00The “Tudor” Guide at Glastonbury was fantastic - really bringing the ruined abbey to life. Then onto breathtaking Wells Cathedral and the oldest street in England. Our driver Richard was brilliant on the two days we used him. Like having a private car. He was patient and let us set the tempo. Would strongly recommend.

5.00I had friends coming over from abroad who wanted to see the sites and booking this trip was perfect. We debated public transport but when the cost adds up and different transfer/waiting times etc, we decided to look at Swift to cut the stress out of the day. Thank god, the fact we didn’t have to worry about rushing for busses and trains meant we could actually just relax and enjoy the day. Our driver was so lovely and gave us some great tips on what to see, he was also was really chilled on when we wanted to leave for the next spot, we loved Wells and ended up grabbing food there after seeing the cathedral and didn’t have to worry at all about rushing. Was a great experience and would call upon Swift again for exploring! Thanks again!
