What To Expect
Tyndrum
Leaving your hotel, we head north into the mysterious Scottish Highlands, travelling through the Loch Lomond and Trossachs national park towards our first stop, the village of Tyndrum. We’ll stop here for a much-needed coffee break and a quick stretch of the legs.
Glencoe
Heading away from Tyndrum, we’ll continue northwards deeper into the Western Highlands. Our route will take us over the enchanting Rannoch Moor, one of the last remaining wildernesses in Europe, before descending into the cinematic landscapes of Glencoe. We don’t stop here at this point in our tour, but don’t worry, we’ll stop here later in the day.

Our Highland Harry Potter trip

5.00After searching through Google for a tour we were looking for we came across Anderson Scottish Tours and booked direclty. Our visit to the Glenfinnan viaduct with Callum was magical for my wife and I who are fans of Harry Potter. Callum collected us from our hotel in Edinburg and took us north. The drive was so charming with breathtaking scenery. Callum was a wealth of knowledge from start to finish. Unfortunately, the jackobight steam train - the hogwarts express - wasn't running, which is disappointing but Callum took us to other Harry Potter locations such as the Black Lake and Dumbldores grave. We also stopped for lunch at a quant bar with an impressive whiskey gantry in Glencoe, next to Hagrids hut. For Harry Potter fanatics like ourselves, this trip was a once in a lifetime experience and Callum was a saint who made my wife and I feel extremely welcomed and was very informative. We are happy we came across this company and already planning our second trip with him!

5.00Our group of 4 people booked this online. Callum picked us up from our hotel in Edinburg and took us into the Scottish highlands! Even though we knew the train wasn't running it was really awesome to see the Glenfinan bridge. Callum took all of us through Glencoe valley, told us the stories of the clans and we stopped in a really neat pub in Fort William for lunch!
