This private hiking trip takes you to see and experience nature of Estonia. You will also get a video clip of your day as a thanks for visiting Estonia. The main draws for northern Estonia are the Lahemaa National Park and Kõrvemaa Nature Reserve. Both of them are located close to Tallinn. Perfect for a day trip out of Tallinn, Lahemaa serves as an authentic taster of natural and cultural landscapes in Estonia. The hike in the National Park can be completed on a boardwalk through the most famous and picturesque Viru bog landscape.
Located south of the national park, the large forested Kõrvemaa area is home to many wild animals and forest types. Many hiking trails combine so many different landscapes that it seems like you travel through different countries. Here you can wander across the wooden trails, go walking on sandy roads in the wilderness, see many different lakes and hear the local stories. The hike will take up to 3 hours and require moderate physical preparation.

Juhan’s tour is an absolute must do! Tallinn is a lovely place but I wanted to escape to nature and see a bit more of Estonia. Juhan planned the perfect outing for me and made it totally effort free by picking me up and dropping me off at my hotel. He educated me about Estonian history, people, nature, language, etc. He is a delight and I loved my time hiking and seeing waterfalls. You will not regret this tour! Thank you, Juhan!

I spent my week in Tallinn and this tour into the nature was a wonderful change. According to the saying "You see only what you know." Juhan helped me very well to see and to explore the diversity of Estonian nature and also gave context to Estonian history and culture. Loved it.

This trip to beautiful Estonian nature is highly recommended all year round for everyone visiting Estonia. The trail in Korvemaa will take you through heathlands, forests, hills, bogs rivers and lakes. The tour organizer Juhan is punctual, talkative, friendly, helpful and knows a lot about Estonian history and sights to see and visit. I was really positively surprised for this experience and will look forward to do it again in spring or summer.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my entire week in Estonia, the highlight was my hiking trip with Juhan. Right from the start it's obvious Juhan is passionate about what he does, and he gives you this feeling that this day is about you, not him, his company, or making money. Juhan is very friendly, polite, pleasant to talk to, and very knowledgeable. The trip itself was exactly as promised: a completely private hike in gorgeous surroundings, no waiting for other people to catch up, or having to put with people who'd rather talk loudly to each other than enjoy the beautiful nature they find themselves in. We didn't meet a single soul all day, nor had anyone else already been there; the only tracks in the snow were those of animals. A particularly nice touch is the video Juhan creates for you afterwards. Doing a solo trip usually means you don't have many pictures of yourself on holiday, other than a few selfies. Having a video of where you were and what you did makes for a wonderful memory! I'm already planning another trip to Estonia for the summer, and will most definitely book another trip with Juhan.

Juhan was very professional, we got to see a beautiful part of Estonia and were the only people around! We didn't see a single other tourist on our whole time, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Much better than any other organised group tour with messy tourists everywhere :). Juhan knew the area well and we felt safe with him

Estonia has some very diverse landscapes and beautiful hiking trails. It can be hard to find places to walk that are not too crowded, so this trip was a lovely experience! Everything was very comfortable and the day was well spaced out, with rest time between walking areas. You might want to bring a towel and swimwear if the weather is warm as there are chances to swim.

This trip gives a brilliant glimpse into some of Estonia's most beautiful landscapes in the North and Juhan very easily conveys both the passion and calmness one feels when going for a stroll in these areas.

The tour took us to some beautiful spots. I especially enjoyed Korvemaa where it felt as though we were the only people in the forest.

This is a perfect option for people who love hiking and like to learn more about local history, nature and legends. It´s possible to choose hard or easy paths so for beginners like me was an enjoyable experience.
