We use Splashwaves tours. I originally booked Goff‘s Cay for the day, but my daughter had an allergic reaction early in the morning. I wanted to switch to something different so we could stay in the city just in case she got worse. They let us switch to Kukumba Beach but made us pay to get in which was another $50. My original booking cost more so they should’ve just switch them and everybody would’ve been happy. Dennis was my driver for the day and was great, but even he was disappointed when I told him the story.

First, pay attention to your cruise ship time zone times because there is a discrepancy between what times are. This will be for ALLLL and Any excursion you choose. Other than that be prepared to have your mind blown By this beautiful small island. We went during spring break at the end of March so the perfect weather played a big role on how the trip went. If you go during the summer, then you will probably have a good chance of a thunderstorm or two rolling in. But the cruise tour was amazing and I highly recommend anyone going to this destination.

This company is very poor with communication. After booking, I contacted them as requested to arrange the time we tendered off the ship. I messaged them via viator and both numbers listed on the website multiple times. I never received a response. On the day of the excursion we showed up and there was another lady waiting for the same company. A person from a different company saw us waiting for awhile and offered to call. They answered and found my reservation but still never responded or showed. I don't recommend them.
