Highly recommended experience, truly enjoyed it and does not take a lot of time commitment if you’re traveling for a short period of time in San Francisco. We traveled with our infant and 7 year old. Family friendly!

Very informative. Staff was nice. It was cool but good. Sun was shining so that helped. Snacks below.

Pleasant boat ride but I wanted to learn some history. The motor of the boat was so loud I couldn’t hear the narrator

We really enjoyed this tour as it gave us another perspective of the GG Bridge, Alcatraz, and SFC in general. It is quite windy, depending on when you go, but there was plenty of interior space to keep warm. We also liked all of the information from the pre-recorded “guide.”

Disappointed in Viator. They did not advocate for me when their providers did not abide by the cancellation policy. One provider didn't give me 24 hr notice so I couldn't give the second provider 24 hr notice for refund.
