Well organized and efficient trip. Breakfast and lunch options were nice and water was provided. Instructions at each stop were made very clear.

I booked a West Rim tour months in advance to secure an early bird rate, only to have them cancel via email less than 24 hours before the trip. Their "solution" was to offer a sister company’s tour at a higher price, which feels like a classic bait-and-switch. It has now been over a month since the cancellation, and I still have not received my refund despite multiple follow-ups. Their customer support is non-existent during critical hours and they have shown zero accountability for ruining our travel plans. Save yourself the stress and the money—do not book with this company. There are far more reliable operators at the Grand Canyon who won't leave you stranded and empty-handed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They will take your money and cancel last minute.

Had no experience they cancelled the trip. I heard because they couldn’t get a bus load. We didn’t notice the email sent canceling the trip because of all the confusion flying in from NY. Got up at 5:00 AM on 2 hours of sleep to find out the trip was canceled at the pickup location.

Booked a day trip for Grand Canyon. Very poor communication. Expected to be picked up at 6 am at our hotel, unable to contact tour operator for exact location of pick up at hotel. No show. No reply to message sent night before. Then told by Viator would need approval from tour company for refund.

We have a great driver and well informative tour guide (Curty). Great experience. The only thing I don’t like is the food. Besides. Being a lunch box we have to it in the box which is very uncomfortable.

After my first tour was cancelled (weather). I was booked on this tour. Curty was my guide. Got to see lots of the sites and gave some history about the area. Even helped take some photos which is always helpful when solo. Bus was comfortable. A great way to see the Grand Canyon without having to worry about driving.
