5.00The whole experience was wonderful. Great customer service with ease of booking and paying, plus great communication before and after. The driver, Charles, had the BEST personality and kept us comfortable, informed and entertained. His knowledge and personality add so much to the trip. I would recommend this booking to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable trip whether it’s their first time or 50th. Excellent! You won’t regret it.

5.00This was a really good day trip to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon West! We got the all inclusive package which turned out to be worth the value. The views were awesome and so was the bus driver, Charlie. He was full of knowledge about the area and made the trip fun. The organizers were available to answer questions and really took care of us. I highly recommend this excursion!

5.00We took the Grand Canyon West and Hoover Dam tour with Ken as our tour guide and Melissa as the bus driver. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were clear on the facts and stops. We were given plenty of time at each of the tour stops. They also planned extra bathroom stops which were very well timed. The bus was well stocked with water and everyone on the tour was provided with cold bottled water on every stop. We stayed at a hotel on the south strip. SWEETours contacted us the night before the tour and made special accommodations to get us to the tour bus in a more convenient time. I would highly recommend this tour.
