  Nobody showed up. We did get anything from the provider Airwaves. Aisles cruise. Nobody from the provider appeared all day. We didn’t get access to anything that we promised. There was nobody there to give us the snorkel equipment or the chairs and umbrella. Always are asking for a refund since we didn’t get anything.

  It was easy to book online but when we arrived we wasn’t sure who to check in with because there were so many different other services on the beach. I think if there was a sign on the beach or letting you know what color the umbrella are would help. The guys kept coming to check on us to make sure we were ok and satisfied which was GREAT!

  This was a huge waste of money. The photo showed nice beach chairs that are spread out, with a table. In reality, there were rows and rows of beach chairs literally touching each other. We couldn’t even get in and out of our chairs without bumping into the next guest’s chairs. It was laughably overcrowded and th opposite of relaxing. We stayed a few minutes and then left. Total waste and not at all as advertised.

  This was a wonderful experience! The hotel right next-door was about six times more to reserve chairs, the owners were lovely people who welcomed to us and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, the chairs touched the water, the umbrella kept us cool, and we enjoyed our day so much. I highly recommend using them, such a great day!
