  When we got the Grand Turk and went to the place to meet we were told by many people and the port authority that the company no longer existed. We tried for a refund and Viator is refusing to refund us stating that the company is still there but there are no were to be found on the island, many of the other vendors stated that they here this a lot from Grand Turk adventures and they have the website up but no golf carts on the island

• Scam company. Save yourself and find a legit company.

  Just don't. They are a scam that does not have golf carts available. Very hard to find, other rental places said they are a scam. Finally found them and they said they don't have golf carts available. I had to ask for a refund after he called the 'Boss Lady' she laughed, told me to request a refund and she proceeded to not give a full refund. I have filed a complaint with Trip Advisor/Viator. Next will report to PayPal if I do not get a full refund.

  IT was very difficult finding the location as they use a company at the port but there are a lot of these cart companies at Grand Turk.

  We made an advance booking for a 6-seater golf cart for our family of 5. The communication I received stated it was “ Located at the Cruiseport Main entrance gate”. We had a difficult time finding the correct company, no clear sign or company information provided. Once we found the correct location we were told they “were out” of 6-seater carts as we watched a family in front of us take the last one WITHOUT a reservation! We were offered a 4 seater & 2 seater carts but we were unable to split up our family. After communicating with Trevor at Grand Turk Golf carts that we NEEDED a 6-seater he accused us of “not working with them”. We ended up having to contact Viator to cancel and refund our reservation. Definitely stressful and a complete waste of part of our time to enjoy the Island.
