  Just don't. They are a scam that does not have golf carts available. Very hard to find, other rental places said they are a scam. Finally found them and they said they don't have golf carts available. I had to ask for a refund after he called the 'Boss Lady' she laughed, told me to request a refund and she proceeded to not give a full refund. I have filed a complaint with Trip Advisor/Viator. Next will report to PayPal if I do not get a full refund.

  IT was very difficult finding the location as they use a company at the port but there are a lot of these cart companies at Grand Turk.

  We made an advance booking for a 6-seater golf cart for our family of 5. The communication I received stated it was “ Located at the Cruiseport Main entrance gate”. We had a difficult time finding the correct company, no clear sign or company information provided. Once we found the correct location we were told they “were out” of 6-seater carts as we watched a family in front of us take the last one WITHOUT a reservation! We were offered a 4 seater & 2 seater carts but we were unable to split up our family. After communicating with Trevor at Grand Turk Golf carts that we NEEDED a 6-seater he accused us of “not working with them”. We ended up having to contact Viator to cancel and refund our reservation. Definitely stressful and a complete waste of part of our time to enjoy the Island.
