We had a great time on this food tour! Our guide was Angelo, and he was friendly, knowledgable, and an amazing tour guide. The food was fantastic and we got to taste authentic Greek food in authentic (and not touristy) restaurants and cafes in Athens. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

I booked my tour for Sunday morning. It was rainy & cold day and I thought that I have made a mistake. Originally I preferred to book for Saturday. However, did Sunday. Telis (tour guide) proved me wrong! I came to the office and he welcomed me with his bubbly personality. He told me that I will be alone on my tour which was a real winner! He moved locations around to suit my preference. We were walking through plaka, psirri and montasiraki. Telis made the tour really personal and individual. We talked a lot about life in Greece, food traditions, ways of living which was amazing. He took me to eat traditional food from unique places which are off the tourist trail.

What a fantastic experience. We spent the last few hours of our visit to Athens exploring the ancient city with Konstantinos and were blown away with his knowledge of history and his passion. Despite the weather, we ate, we drank, we drank.. we walked a little more... learned so much and shared an incredible amount of laughter! Special thanks to Vassilis too who made sure all the places we visited rolled the red carpet for us! A must do for anyone visiting!!!!

I have to say that as a foodie I have done Food Tours in many places and many countries. What makes this tour unique is how friendly Vassilis is and how comfortable he makes you feel. Also of course he tells you everything you want know about everything you taste, which of course is all excellent, as Greek and Mediterranean cuisines are well known not only for their healthy components but also for the rich and diverse palette of tastes, combining many years of history and diverse mixture of cultures. A must-do tour when in Athens.

10/10 recommended. Ouzo, Tsipouro AND Greek wine, along with local tastes, like greek olives, traditional sweets, cheese, cured meat…this food tour had everything it should have. Vassilis spoke perfect English and was very pleasant. He also knew a great deal about local food culture, which he got to share with us. Also the venues we visited were picturesque and we also got some great tips from Vassilis as to what to visit next in Athens, which we did and everything was as great as he had promised. If you would like to get to know the real Greek culture and get a look into the authentic Athenian tastes you should book this tour!!! I totally recommend this tour. Thank you Vassilis!

An amazing experience! I live in Greece and usually do not join tours. However, with a friend visiting from abroad, we decided to join one, and I are really glad we did. It was fun and delicious and interesting. So, in more detail. We met our guide and began the tour. There, we had the opportunity of tasting a wide variety of traditional and super-tasty Greek dishes, such as different sorts of cheese, olives, homemade sweets etc., all local products of excellent quality. Plus, we were served ouzo and tsipouro (both local alcoholic beverages) as well as Greek wine. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, giving us some fascinating information on the different dishes that we tried. What I particularly liked was that he had some excellent tips about what we could do after the tour ended, things I had not thought of.
