Our trip was on a Sunday and we were fortunate to arrive at Kecharis Monastery at 11 am for the beginning of the service so we had the chance to briefly experience this. We also learnt that during the fasting period there is a curtain covering the altar but normally this is open to view. Tsaghkadzor ski resort was really cool with the music playing and everything just looks so beautiful in the snow. The ropeway is in 3 parts. Our ticket included the 1st ropeway but we could buy an additional ticket and take the 2nd ropeway. I did this by getting off the first and buying a ticket for the 2nd. I'm glad I did as it was so peaceful and beautiful but you have one hour here so by the time you do both and return straight away there is no time to walk around or get a hot drink. Also not enough time if you want to rent a tube or something. The first ropeway is enough for the experience. Our next stop was at Sevan Lake where we had lunch. I chose the fish with rice option (this was not trout) which was delicious and everyone gets a piece of BBQ trout as mentioned which was also delicious. On the table there were the traditional breads, lavash, herbs, greens, cheese and salads to try. We finally took the 200 steps to Sevanavank church and the amazing views of the lake. Our young pretty guide Anna was very knowledgeable and fluent in English and Russian. She provided information throughout the trip whilst on the bus and at the churches giving us the history of each. Our driver Arara (sorry I'm sure name is not correct) was an excellent and safe driver in the snow. Thank you to both. I had an amazing day. Note during this season wear thermals and warm clothing so you can enjoy and not feel the cold.

Very detailed explanation on their website in English about tours and what to expect unlike several other companies, good driver and I took 2 trips with them. Both days with Nina, she is well informed , very enthusiastic and passionate about her job. Would highly recommend them. Only negative point will be diesel smell in the van specially on back seats on and off which is bothersome to me.

Today, my friend and I had a wonderful trip with our guide Karen, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Karen was extremely kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire day. He was professional photographer, singer, composer. He translated everything into both English and Russian, making sure everyone felt comfortable and understood all the information. He provided us with a high-quality and informative tour at every place we visited. Our driver was Hayak, and together they made an amazing team. They created such a pleasant atmosphere and gave us a truly beautiful and unforgettable experience in Armenia. We highly recommend them 10 out of 10 to anyone who wants to explore this amazing country! Thank you so much for everything.
