Excellent tour for 10 out of 10. Our guide was Manya and driver Spartacus. Cool service, everything is well planned and organized. On the second day we had guided tours from your company. We were very pleased. Manya is a true professional. The driver too 🔥 Mania helped me to overcome the fear of riding the rope (I have a panicked fear of heights), gave me confidence and spirit. Thank her so much❤️🙏

On April 30, 2026, my sister and I made a group trip along the route “Lake Sevan, Tsakhkadzor and ancient monasteries” of the travel company “Hyur Service” (Nalbandyan, 96) with guide Samvel and driver Samvel. Visited Tsakhkadzor (Kecharis monastery, cable car) and Lake Sevan (Sevanavank monastery, lunch at the café "Galley", boating). The 8-hour itinerary is magnificent and varied, the program is thoughtful and rich. Everything really liked it: a lot of interesting information was learned, a lot of beauty was seen, a sea of unforgettable experiences were obtained. At the Kecharis monastery from Samvel, I first heard interesting information about an ancient sun clock with Armenian letters instead of numbers (and I thought it was just some architectural decoration on the wall of a temple). He told me where else to see them. Now I'll pay attention to it and check our time against them. Thank you, Samwell! The cable car chairlift in Tsakhkadzor moved slowly to music and birds trilling over a picturesque gorge where the snow had not yet melted. After entering the station, it turned out that the 30-centimeter snowstorms were already very soft, the snow was sitting and crunching gently underfoot. It was really cold here, even though I was wearing a windbreaker, a shirt, a turtleneck, a neck scarf, a hat and gloves. And Samvel didn't forget about the sunglasses. After the 23-degree heat of Yerevan, it was quite unexpected to experience such a temperature change. On the other hand, Lake Sevan was not so cold: a cool breeze blew, a couple of times a short rain dipped slightly, but there was no snow anywhere, and the temperature was clearly higher. I've been wanting to try trout barbecue for a while, and finally my dream came true! On this trip I didn't even have to book it separately, it was included in the price of the tour, isn't that a miracle? In the cosy café "Galley" with the most amazing view of Sevan to the delicious fish barbecue all who did not order lunch were also served the finest lavash and Armenian mineral. At Sevanavanck Monastery, the most memorable story is the guide's detailed account of a unique hachkar depicting the crucified Christ. The whole story told by the architect in this stone came alive... She drew attention to the luxurious view of the gilded carved iconostasis and to the front door (it is gorgeous). I don't regret taking Samwell up on the boat offer. During the 15-minute trip we drove to the middle of the lake, but it was still not cold at all, the lake smooth was calm, there was heavy rain nearby, threads sewing a cloud to the lake, but he did not touch us. Guide Samvel is a very calm, deep and knowledgeable person, he is a pleasure to listen to, he knows how to interest, the presentation of information is not boring, easy, without wit, water and boredom. A lot of new facts tell that I had no idea about (and this is the second time I've been to Armenia, after all, I know something) and that I haven't heard from other guides. It was also nice that Samvel accompanied us everywhere - on the rope with us, photographed everyone against the mountain landscape, took a boat. Thank you for your concern, Samwell, it's so touching... I also want to mention the excellent work of Samvel's driver: despite the weak vestibule apparatus, I was not at all swayed, his driving was smooth, soft, neat, measured, without sudden jerking and swings. Special thanks for the unexpected bonus on the way back – visiting the obsidian deposit. Now I have a piece of Armenian land in my house.

Great experience, it’s our second ride with Hyur and both went very well. Guides are always friendly and interesting to listen to! Incredible to link the snows of the mountain with churches and Lake Sevan. We also had the chance to attend part of the Sunday Mass, the Armenian liturgy is beautiful and very moving. Thanks to Anahit and Karen 👍

Great tour experience with Hyur Service! Thoughtful itinerary, enough time to explore and wonderful equipment during the tour (excellent minibuses, water, treats) A separate plus for a very delicious lunch in the program! Guide Manya is very pleasant, friendly. She told me full and very interesting, answered all the questions, the time with her flew by unnoticed. We were also accompanied by driver Araik, thank you very much for the comfortable ride! I recommend this company 100%
