Meeting point: the EXIT of "Checked baggage Claim Area" Once you collect your checked luggage and walk out from the EXIT, you'll recognize your driver right away — no need to wander through the terminal with your luggage, unsure where to go. step 5: From deplaning to clearing customs and retrieving your baggage, our team will be online to guide and assist you in your language. We highly recommend Mr. Orange for your airport transportation needs. They keep you informed of where to meet the driver, the sign to look for, a picture of the vehicle and license plate. They made the process so seamless and stress free for us. The vehicle was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable and safe ride to our hotel. We will definitely book with Mr. Orange again!

He was so helpful not leaving customers and sending customers where we didn't see them in the first place because we haven't been to China so often, but this driver was so helpful he tried to find us and take us to confirm the hotel we booked I thought he was very good and I would use him for the next service to confirm that he would use him again.

Excellent service. Was a last minute booking and there were no issues in arranging it. The driver was waiting directly outside the baggage collection area and then escorted us with the luggage directly to the car. No need to wait for a taxi or public transport. Clean and new vehicle which was incredibly comfortable.

Arrival smooth all the way. Thai Airways even had arrival cards, which are needed. We arrived at Terminal 2, the newer Terminal.

Really great experience. The communication was very good prior to even meeting with the driver. The driver meet us and took us and to his very nice car. The drive was pleasant and delivered us to the hotel in good time.
