Third Stop: Guatape Town The City of Zocalos: At this town we take a fully narrated walking tour through the town’s landmarks: church, main square, remembrance street, Zocalos Square and more. Fourth Stop: Amazing private boat ride with 16 stops where your tour guide tells you some stories about them.

Erika made our tour unforgettable! We learned more on our tour about the history, culture and environment of Colombia than in any book and it was so much more enjoyable! The rock and the boat trip were wonderful and so was Erika’s company. 10:10 recommend

What a great day, picked up at our hotel and taken out of the city to a beautiful landscape of farms and flowers. We had fruits I had never eaten and enjoyed, went to the El Penol and Guatape, took a boat ride in the dam, climbed 740 steps to the top of Guatape rock and explored the Pueblo. Our guide Laura was fantastic, knew all the history of where we visited and was very personable and caring. She made our experience unforgettable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Daniel who was our guide in Medellín. He is incredibly knowledgeable, highly educated, and speaks excellent English. His car was very comfortable, and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire day. He took us on a full-day trip to Guatapé, where we enjoyed stunning views from La Piedra and a relaxing stroll through downtown Guatapé. We had a delicious lunch at one of the restaurants he recommended – all of his suggestions were authentic, fairly priced, and truly great local spots. He also arranged an excellent boat ride with a local guide on the Guatapé reservoir, which became one of the highlights of the day. To top it all off, we ended the trip at a very authentic fruit market where we tried a variety of exotic Colombian fruits – such a unique and memorable experience. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 day. The experience was amazing, incredibly scenic, and absolutely worth every penny. We highly recommend this guide to anyone visiting Medellín – you will see the beauty of Guatapé in a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable way. And one more sign of how much we loved this tour: we enjoyed the experience so much that we booked him again for the very next day - for a family-run coffee farm experience - that we enjoyed just as much!

This tour was amazing! We loved our guide Diana and driver Mauricio’s enthusiasm and Diana told us many many stories about the region, culture, food, local traditions and more. She is very knowledgeable and active. The tour was very complete for us (el penol climb, fruit tasting, boat ride and Guatape tour) and it was super nice that we could do everything at our own pace with kids. Diana made it enjoyable for all ages. Thanks a lot. We wholeheartedly recommend the tour. Thank you

Excellent communication before the tour, very clear and objective. Super punctual, guide Yuly served us super well, very attentive and helpful, with a lot of knowledge of the stories of the points visited, also with many recommendations and tips to make the experience even better. We had a fabulous time on our private tour of Guatape including a boat ride. We were traveling with 3 adults and 3 young children (7, 6, and 5). Erika was an amazing tour guide who really customized the tour to our needs making sure the kids could keep up while giving the adults the background and history we wanted to hear about. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and history of Colombia. Guatape is a wonderful day trip from Medellin - highly recommend and ask for Erika, she has the patience of a saint having to deal with our kids for so many hours.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Ericka! She was right on time picking us up and made us feel welcomed from the start. Throughout the tour, she was incredibly knowledgeable about all the landmarks and shared interesting facts that made everything come to life. She was also very patient, allowing us plenty of time to explore and take photos. On top of all that, she was fun and full of energy, which made the day even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommend!
