Experience Guatapé like never before — a full-day private culinary escape on the lake, guided by a personal chef and host. Start your day with private round-trip transportation from Medellín or the airport in a comfortable SUV. Once in Guatapé, enjoy a guided walking tour through its colorful streets, iconic zócalos, Memory Street, and the charming Umbrella Street, with time for coffee and local sweets. Then, board a private pontoon boat and enjoy a traditional Colombian cocktail, made with local fruits and a splash of aguardiente — the beginning of your culinary journey. As we cruise through Guatapé’s stunning reservoir, you'll enjoy a gourmet Colombian tasting menu prepared live by your private chef. Each dish is crafted with regional ingredients and brings to life the rich flavors of Colombia. While lunch is being prepared, feel free to relax or explore the calm waters with a paddleboard — it's all part of the experience. The journey ends at Acua Chalet, our lakeside retreat facing La Piedra del Peñol, where you’ll enjoy a traditional dessert and a cup of locally roasted coffee before returning to your hotel or Airbnb with unforgettable memories.

5.00What a beautiful experience visiting Guatapé with Marco Aurelio! He was such an amazing host—so thoughtful and attentive to every wish. Between him and Leni, we were spoiled with the most incredible drinks and food! The kids were fighting over his tamarind ribs, and the sunset at the lake house was the cherry on top. We can’t recommend him enough—it’s a must if you’re in Medellín!

Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable, he made us feel completely at ease and welcomed us into what felt like a carefully curated journey, not just a tour. The walk through the colorful town of Guatapé was both enlightening and inspiring, filled with history, local flavor, and hidden gems. But the true highlight was the five-course meal which was an absolute culinary delight. Without giving away too much, every detail was clearly planned with care and intention. Nothing was overlooked.
