The Gubeikou Great Wall, located around 130km northeast of Beijing, is divided into two parts: Wohushan and Panlongshan, The Panlongshan section is a good choice for an easy walk, as it’s in good condition, and there are relatively few steep ups and downs compared to other parts of the Great Wall. The wall here runs along the top of a ridge, you’ll enjoy expansive views as you hike.
Jingshanling Great Wall is the most beautiful section of the Great Wall and a paradise for photographers, it was built around 1567-1586AD, served as the first protection of Beijing City, located about 135km beyond the Mutianyu Great Wall. Here 67 watchtowers dominate 20 kilometers of the Great Wall, making it a perfect location for viewing Great Wall sunsets, and sunrises too.
You could collect two different pick points they are Jinshanling main gate and East gate.

What To Expect
The Great Wall of Gubeikou
Meet your driver to Gubeikou Great Wall According to your schedule, a comfortable vehicle (non-smoking) with an experienced driver will be ready for you to explore the Gubeikou Great Wall. You'll take 2 hours from downtown Beijing to the Great Wall at Gubeikou. The section is a good choice for an easy walk, as it’s in good condition, and there are relatively few steep ups and downs compared to other parts of the Great Wall. The wall here runs along the top of a ridge, and you’ll enjoy expansive views as you hike. From the starting point hike to the Jinshanling main gate will takes 3.5 hours to the East gate of Jinshanling 5 hours, you could collected one of them and let your driver know, also your driver will leaves and be waiting for you at the pick up point you had chosen. After the wall your driver could take you to have lunch/dinner then drive to Beijing and drop off you at your hotel/airport/train station in your need.

5.00This was a unique special experience, seeing the Great Wall from a rugged, quiet perspective. We were the only ones there at the time, making the experience more surreal. Our guide Alvin arrived early, and was an expert in walking us through the plan for that afternoon. It was a couple of hours’ drive from Beijing and the ride was smooth and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for more.

5.00Unbelievable, from the Attention and Service provided by our driver, who was super attentive to us despite being doing the excursion through the Chinese Wall on our own, greeted us with water, a detail of some magnets for the Wall fridge and after finishing brought us some refreshing drinks, also indicated us how to do the route and provided quite a lot of historical information of China and the Wall.
