A long but worthy excursion

4.00This is actually a full day excursion. Although the visit to Sidu Boo Said was good, the time spent there was too long & more time should have been spent at Carthage where there were more Roman sites to visit than we actually saw. Lunch was okay but tended not to be eaten by most, especially the starter! As with all excursions, all drinks were extra. A long day with a lot of time spent on the coach. As always our guide Mohammed was full of information ( although we had heard some of it on a previous excursion).

4.00Really enjoyed the tour, the guide was very nice, friendly and informative. Carthage and SIDI BOU are a must, both very interesting places. We were also taken to a mosaic museum which was a pleasant surprise. The only things to spoil the trip was customers who don’t arrive on time and have everyone else waiting and the awful lunch stop, the food was terrible, it would have been better to have lunch in SIDI BOU which we wouldn’t have minded paying that bit extra for the privilege!
