Our Five-Star guided eco-tours and rentals take you through Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico’s most incredible paddling routes... including mangrove tunnels, secluded beaches, and prime shelling areas! This is prime habitat for dolphins (year round) and manatees (mostly warm water months).
We use top quality standard kayaks and paddleboards that are comfortable and easy to paddle. We have CLEAR paddleboards too, and HOBIE pedal kayaks if needed.

Looking for something truly unique? Try our CLEAR Kayak Sunset Glow Tour. We will paddle to a secluded beach for shelling until sunset, then we turn on the colorful underwater LED lights and have a great time paddling back!

What To Expect
Join us for a guided eco tour at Big Hickory Island in Bonita Springs. Choose a standard or CLEAR kayak or paddleboard. We'll paddle at a relaxed pace in search of dolphins, birds, and manatees while sharing local eco-system info. We are open 7 days a week and promise to provide you with exceptional service so come on out and let us show you how easy it is to get out and have some fun on the water! Our paddling routes are some of the best in Southwest Florida and allow you to experience the mangroves trails and tunnels, the Gulf of Mexico, and the beautiful Island beach! You will have the chance to be up close with marine life and it’s quite common to see dolphins, and sometimes manatees (summer). We suggest you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bottled water, and water shoes. CLEAR kayaks have a limit of 400 pounds per boat and a max of 225 pounds per seat. Our Standard kayaks have higher limits and track better. Clear kayaks are for 2 people so please book even numbers. We have HOBIE pedal kayaks if needed. Contact us if questions! Minimum age is 3 years old. We have youth sized PFDs but suggest that parents provide a quality, fitted PFD for children under 50 pounds.

5.00Overall would recommend. A little slow to start as they were busy with multiple groups. Accommodated us changing from morning to afternoon due to a chilly forecast. Nice equipment and knowledgable guide. Took photos of us on our tour and texted them to us later on, complimentary, which was very nice since I didn't want to risk bringing my phone. No manatees yet since waters were still chilly but we saw birds and dolphin!

4.00Our guide Hana was awesome. Nice relaxing day. We saw a few birds. Only drawback was the clear bottom kayaks we had were a little more difficult to propel than a standard kayak.

5.00Elizabeth was a great guide!! we chose the clear bottom kayaks and I think in hindsight we would’ve chosen the regular kayaks because the clear bottom ones were a little harder to maneuver and we couldn’t see anything through the bottom anyway.

5.00Overall a very pleasant and affordable outing. My girlfriend was apprehensive about kayaking as she had never done so. Having the double kayaks explicitly listed was a big help when convincing her to go. Mike was an amazing guide. Laud back and full of great info, he even helped us find some great shells when we landed for our break on the beach.
