Our Lady of the Rocks
Our Lady of the Rock is famous picturesque Island in the Bay of Kotor. Legend says that it was built by local sailors and fishermen that where throwing rocks in the water and sinking the old ships to make the island. After two hundred years finally Island was finished and nowadays church was constructed as a testimony to long tradition and culture that this place has! We will have guided tour of the church and its breathtaking treasury with some amazing items that you will for sure remember!!!
Perast
Perast is beautiful village in the Bay of Kotor, famous for its well-preserved baroque architecture! Centuries old captain's palaces, bell towers, made from local limestone are also recognized by UNSECO as World Heritage Site!

5.00We had an amazing experience with Miro & Sons’ private tour of Perast and Our Lady of the Rock! Sandra, who coordinated the tour for us, was so easy to communicate with and very responsive to emails. On the morning before our tour, when we were having coffee and an outdoor cafe in Kotor Old Town, I was surprised (and impressed!) when she recognized me and came over for a chat. Our tour guide, Bogdan, was a delight. He was extraordinarily helpful and informative, and we learned so much from him. It was especially interesting to hear his perspective as a Montenegrin on the history and current status of his city, his country, and the region. He was very flexible with our itinerary, and at the end of our tour, he added on an extra excursion to a breathtaking viewpoint partway up the mountain. We wholeheartedly recommend Miro & Sons!

5.00Our boat trip to Perast, Our Lady of the Rocks, and Old Town Kotor was an unforgettable experience! The journey offered stunning views of the Bay of Kotor, surrounded by majestic mountains and crystal-clear waters. Perast was charming, with its picturesque waterfront and historic architecture. Visiting Our Lady of the Rocks, a unique man-made island, was a highlight; the small church and museum were fascinating, and the panoramic views were breathtaking. Finally, exploring Old Town Kotor was like stepping back in time. The medieval streets, vibrant squares, and historic landmarks were captivating, and the local guides provided excellent insights into the region's history. The tour was well-organised, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the experience was both relaxing and enriching. Highly recommended!

5.00My family spent a delightful half day with Djuca and Rajan as they took us to some of Kotor Bay’s highlights. Rajan was an excellent host who provided insightful context for the history and geology around the Bay. Djuca was a great captain - they picked us up from the dock of our hotel in a beautiful new boat. Within a few minutes they opened a bottle of bubbly and let us choose the boat tunes for our tour. We had a great time with them both - the upgrade to this private tour was 100% worth it!

Loved Our Visit to Kotor- Made Us Want to Return

5.00We were met by Rajan at the pier and knew we would have a good tour. He is an excellent tour guide, friendly and knowledgable and engaging. The tour itself was great and the city of Kotor is one that we would like to re-visit for a much longer time. The speedboat to the Lady of the Rock church and Perast was fun. The church is lovely with so much history. After the visit to the church and Perast ( and a short refreshment stop at Hotel Restaurant Conte- delicious) we were taken back to Kotor to visit the old town. We had a great day. All my contacts with the tour company leading up to our visit were handled promptly, efficiently and with care. Highly recommend this company and Rajan ( pronounced Ryan!)
Epic Tour of Montenegro with A Local

5.00Bogdan gave us a Truly Epic Tour of the region today! We asked for a customized tour by combining multiple options shown on their website. We started with a tour to the coastline and lunch at Budva. Bogdan was both knowledgeable and comical teaching us about the Montenegrin way and historical events. After lunch, our scenic drive continued back to Kotor, where we boarded a speed boat to Our Lady Of The Rock, then Perast for a taste of the famous Montenegrin cake. From there, we were off on a picturesque boat ride to the famous Blue Cave. The guys jumped in for a memorable swim, then we toured some of the local caves and a submarine tunnel. The ride back was so gorgeous and relaxing. The final leg of our tour was their Walking and Food Tour in the Old Town. We tasted a variety of regional foods and drank nice local wines. Overall, Bogdan made this tour an epic experience we will never forget. The stunning landscape of Montenegro, combined with it’s welcoming and hospitable people make travel here well with the trip. Thank you Bogdan and Miro and Sons!

5.00We really enjoyed our excursion with our guide Nikola! He met us and three other couples at the port as we disembarked and from that moment on, the entire tour ran smoothly and provided a wonderful experience in beautiful Montenegro. Miro & Sons were extremely well-organized and easy to work with. The speedboat ride to Perast was a blast! Perast on a sunny morning was so beautifully peaceful and we were able to capture it with many photos. Kotor was a little busier with tourists once we arrived but we still enjoyed our time there as well. Nik provided a lot of information to us about the culture and history of the country and the spots we visited, also orienting us to dining and shopping experiences once he left. Of all the semi-private shore excursions that we booked during our 14-day holiday, this one was my favourite. So glad we booked with Miro & Sons.

5.00Mira and Sons were wonderful to work with in arranging a custom tour of both the speedboat to Perast and a drive to the top of the mountain for the spectacular views. Our guides and drivers were on time, knowledgable and made sure we had fun along the way. The mountains and bays surrounding Kotor are so magnificent that I'm sure any tour with Miro and Sons will be great. But seeing the same area from both the level of the ocean and then the top of the mountains was like seeing two different places. Our guide spoke perfect English and gave us time to wander around by ourselves also. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Miro and Sons. They are real professionals.
