What To Expect
A workshop has a duration of 3.5 hours. The turntable is being worked on to make different pieces. Then they choose their favorite piece and it is finished after the break. During the break you can opt for coffee/tea with cake or a glass of prosecco with nuts. The idea is to create the experience of working with ceramics on the turntable. We take care of the drying, which takes about 10 days. It is first fired and then glazed with the chosen glaze from the options provided, finally it is fired a second time. After approximately 3 weeks the piece can be picked up in the store.

5.00Best pottery course I've ever done. You can think of something you want to make yourself and will be guided with great patience. Then you can go into Delft for a nice place for coffee or something. Great!

5.00We did a pottery workshop for 2 persons as a suprise for the birthday of my partner. We had good guidance on making interesting pots and the like. The teacher has a lot of stories to tell about the art of pottery and where he gained such knownledge/experience. These insights really shows on the demonstration he gave. With his guisance, we managed both to create nice shapes with our clay and can’t wait to see the baked result. As for the birthday. The teacher of this workshops suprised us (also me) with the thoughtful gift of cake to celebrate the birthday. That was a really nice gesture. We had a such amazing time and learned a lot! Thank you so much. We hope to see you another time to take lessons for more advanced shapes.

5.00I booked this pottery workshop in Delft as a gift for my son who lives in Amsterdam, and it was a perfect experience. Fiorenzo was an excellent host — supportive, knowledgeable, and full of warmth. The potter’s wheel was great fun, the Prosecco added a celebratory touch, and the other guests were so friendly, making the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and social. Highly recommended for a memorable and hands-on day out!

5.00Yesterday I had a great experience in the beautiful pottery studio pottery under the mulberry tree together with a friend. The atmosphere was very inspiring and the studio itself was nice and soothing. It was a lot of fun to make pots on the turntable – a fun, creative challenge! The instructor was incredibly friendly, calm and patient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He explained everything calmly and clearly, and gave us the space to learn and enjoy. It felt almost meditative. I would definitely recommend this experience to others who want to try something new and get away from the crowds.

5.00March 22nd my husband and I went to the Choorstraat in Delft with clumsy legs but a lot of enthusiasm for this workshop. The workshop exceeded our expectations. We were very warmly welcomed by two very friendly gentlemen, equal coffee and conviviality. We were allowed to make many pieces, of which we eventually chose two per person to bake and glaze. During the break you could choose pastries and coffee, or prosecco and nuts. We had chosen the latter, and although the pastries came from one of the best bakeries in Delft, we were very happy with our choice. It was a really great afternoon, highly recommended!

5.00My 18 year old daughter gave me this gift and did the workshop together. Insanely nice, lovely number of hours busy (and you really can't think of anything else so really ff out)! Good guidance and explanations, top location, professional materials, cozy atmosphere, tasty pastries and nice people, totally super and highly recommended!
