What a lovely afternoon with our family! Ruben was very knowledgeable about our alpacas and took the time to make our 5 years old child really comfortable around the alpacas. Pleasant walk in the forest, and the coffee trail was great! We'll definitely be back!

I brought my sister to BallyBurren for her birthday, we stayed in one of the luxury pods and then went on the Alpaca Trek the following morning. Rueben, our guide, was so lovely and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. 10/10 review for Rueben. The pod itself was amazing and so comfortable, everything was laid out beautifully and there was a helpful handbook that gave us all the information we needed. Would highly recommend this stay for anyone interested in visiting. Thank you to all the staff who made this experience so nice for us!

It is worth the price. They have a lovely coffee shop before the walk ends. The guide was kind and patient.

My son booked this experience for my Christmas present and it was magical. From meeting the alpacas to feeding them by hand, then leading them round the beautiful estate, which looked even better in the sunshine, we enjoyed every minute. Sarah, our ranger, was excellent from giving us all the information on the alpacas to serving coffee and cake. Highly recommend this experience.

We had a wonderful time alpaca trekking during the Easter break and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique family day out. The whole experience was so well organised and enjoyable, and the children absolutely loved every minute of it. Reuben was a fantastic guide, and incredibly patient with the children. He happily answered all of our questions and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the trek, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special highlight was meeting Americano and all his alpaca friends. We will definitely be back for another visit. Highly recommended for families and animal lovers alike!
