You will learn about the wine making process of one of most loved and well-known wine and you will discover every aspect about it. A wine tasting to reveal the aromas and tastes that characterize Prosecco Superiore in all versions and compare to other wines from the same land.

What To Expect

We start outside into the vineyard with a brief promenade to discover how we manage the vineyard in every season, we get into the winery, the heart of production, to learn about all wine making process steps from pressing to bottle. Finished this first part, we will taste 5 kind of wines compairing sparkling wines made by charmat method (secondo fermentation in steel tank) and semi-sparkling wines made by second fermentation in bottle. The 5 wines let us know more about the territory, the tradition of how we made wine once upon a time and also new trends. Paired with local products and also a selection of artisanal biscuits with our Moscato Rosé Gioia sparkling wine.
