We had a lovely time! I'd booked for my partner's birthday and being a midweek we had the lovely Jo as a tour guide to ourselves. We knew very little nothing about how whisky & gin were made - and she made it an interesting & fun experience. The tasting again she made very memorable. The little bag of take home tasters for drivers was also a lovely touch. We had lunch in the cafe (sausage sarnie & caesar salad which was very nice. We would recommend. Plenty of parking.

Our visit to Cotswolds Distillery was part of my dad's birthday celebrations and we couldn't have had a better time. Lovely relaxed lunch in the Stillhouse Cafe made for a great start with decor being inviting and in keeping with the surroundings. Food was also very good value and we didn't feel rushed by staff at all. We then started our tour and tasting experience. Our guide was Darcy who did a fantastic job of telling us about the history, the production methods, and how the distillery tries to utilise every element in other ways so nothing is wasted. Darcy's knowledge and engaging delivery made for an informative and very entertaining hour or so, followed by lengthy tasting session in what felt like an exclusive lounge. For those who, like myself, were driving, they made sure that we didn't miss out and got to take home a wonderful selection of gins and whiskys to taste. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone with any level of interest in spirits and how they are made.

This was the best distillery/brewery tour I have been on and I’ve been on a few. Great value for money we were taken around by Kevin who was highly engaging, knowledgeable and informative. Really impressed that drivers were catered for with the take away samples. All the staff across the shop, restaurant and guides were friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

On arriving, the distillery had excellent visitor car parking with EV charging facilities. We were met by the very friendly Cotswolds team in reception cafe/restaurant and shop building and at the start of of the tour we were given a very informative briefing on the distillery history, sourcing of ingredients and machinery etc. as we proceeded around the different distillery buildings the explanation of each process was made easy to understand for a novice and appreciative of what’s involved. They openly encouraged photography without flash to remember the day. On completion of the tour we then went in the tasting bar where after an explanation of each whisky or gin visitors were allowed to try measures of their choice as well as measures selected by the tour team. Being the designated driver I was given a very nice Cotswolds distillery drivers bag with samples of my choice to take away which was a great momento. So to sum up the tour was 5 star and well worth tour fee. The staff were friendly, very knowledgeable and made the tour memorable. Thank you for a great experience.

We really enjoyed the tour and the tasting. James and Chloe were both very informative. They made the tour really fun and interesting. I didn’t want it to end. I could have stayed in the Whisky storage barn all day. The smell is amazing and seeing all the barrels was fantastic. The tasting was great too, I’ve never liked Whisky but James explained how to taste it properly and I now have a whisky I can enjoy. The Gin as always was delicious. Great cafe too, good choices and reasonable prices.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and had a great tour by a lovely young lady who really knew all her stuff about the place. Great to see the factory and distilling facilities. We then enjoyed a lovely tasting in a gorgeous, comfortable room. The staff we all wonderful and so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back!
