The practice, meaning “to bathe in the forest atmosphere”, has become a cornerstone of holistic wellness, offering a natural way to reduce stress and restore balance. Unlike hiking, forest bathing is not about distance or speed. It’s a slow, intentional journey through nature where you’re guided to quiet the mind, awaken the senses, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of the forest.
