Known as Mosi-oa-Tunya – “the smoke that thunders” – Victoria Falls is so forceful that the spray sent up by the plunging water rises so high up that it can be seen from 50 kilometres away: an incredible spectacle of the raw power of nature.

What To Expect

Victoria Falls

The Victoria Falls are the largest waterfall in the world, and are shared between two countries Zimbabwe and Zambia and the views are quite different from both sides. On the Zambian side of the falls, the tour is shorter as only 25% of the Falls are viewable from Zambia, but it is still very much worth the visit as the perspectives and the overall experience are quite different to Zimbabwe.
