The guide will meet you near the National Theater Ivan Vazov. You will visit more than 20 attractions and cultural monuments of Sofia. For convenience and good audibility of the excursion, you will be given audio guides and headphones. You will move comfortably, enter the temples, take photographs, and all this will allow you not to stand next to the guide.

The tour will end at the Presidency, where you will be able to video and film the changing of the presidential guard.

Best walking tour I have been on due to having earphones and device which plays appropriate explanation at each point. You don't miss anything from not hearing the guide, and you can listen repeatedly to bits your're interested in whilst wandering around the sights.

Our guide was friendly and great…but what I realized in taking my first audio guided tour, is that it lacks the flair and passion of having one’s guide share the info live, in-person. The sound clips and stops were informative, and it assists one is orienting themselves with Sofia’s key sights. Bonus, one can wander from the group and remain solo.

Really enjoyable experience, saw all the top sites in the city centre and at a good pace. I went back after to look in detail at some of the things that interested me the most. Very informative.

Even on a rainy day in Sofia, this was a fun walking tour to take. Learned alot about Sofia and Bulgarian history. The churches were beautiful and would definitely recommend this for a solo traveler.
