  I'm going to Guilin in a few days and I'm truly satisfied with this customized trip. The response speed of the customer service exceeded my expectations. This immediacy made me feel very valued. They not only replied quickly but also had an extremely patient attitude, as if chatting with an old friend, answering all my trivial questions without getting annoyed, from the best travel time to the most remote snack stalls. There was nothing they didn't know. Regarding the customized itinerary, Lili is truly a mind reader. Every point of interest I mentioned was skillfully incorporated into the itinerary, and she even recommended some hidden spots I had no idea about before, such as the Chinese Kung Fu culture and villages of ethnic minorities in China. The itinerary was both full and reasonable, avoiding peak tourist hours, allowing us to enjoy the nature of Guilin more quietly. As for the food recommendations, Lili is simply a food navigator! Guilin rice noodles, beer fish, and those street snacks, each one hit my taste buds precisely, making me eager to go to Guilin right away! Throughout the experience, I deeply felt Charles Guilin Tours' respect and understanding for the personalized needs of tourists. I can't wait to complete this Guilin trip!

  I asked them to organize a tour with some friends for a day and a half: cruise on the yulong, water cave, bridge, walk on the li river and the following day to the rice fields with accompaniment to the train. Everything went well, everything was respected for the best and we had time to do various extra paid activities such as going down the Li river on a raft, going to the evening show. We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel every time. On the way back directly to the station. Our guide Jenny speaks excellent English, ask for her. she is hyper energetic and knows a lot of interesting facts and can give you useful advice. Request it!   Prompt hotel pickup, clean car, nice knowledgeable driver with good English. Charles worked with us beforehand to add on Longsheng hot spring in addition to Longji rice fields, we were not rushed and had plenty of time to both hike from Jinzhu to a great view point in Pingan overlooking Seven Stars Accompany The Moon, and to relax for several hours at the hot springs before returning to Guilin. Communication before hand was excellent as well.
