The Gundeldinger Feld is an approximately 12,000 m² neighborhood center with cultural offerings in Basel-Gundeldingen. It is located in the former Sulzer-Burckhardt machine factory and is a listed building.
The three pillars of ecological, economic and social sustainability have been part of the Bio Bistro philosophy since it was founded around 20 years ago. As the first bistro in Basel 2006 awarded the bud by Bio Suisse, they mainly process regional products in organic quality and pro-Specie-Rara products.
