  Mina turned our Egypt adventure into a very memorable and iconic moment. Our visit to the Pyramids & Sphinx was unforgettable. Vivid storytelling and expert knowledge made the Great Pyramid and the Sphinx feel alive, answering every question with clear, engaging detail. We had an amazing camel ride experience with a trusted guide and his gentle camels, who took great photos and kept us comfortable. Another WOW experience at the magnificent pyramids. Mina guided us to a hidden perfume boutique where a master perfumer crafted authentic and traditional Egyptian fragrances, and another store where skilled artisans created our own custom‑made catouche necklaces. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine passion for Egypt created a friendly, family‑like atmosphere. In short, Mina’s expertise and hospitality made every stop—from the pyramids to the perfume shop—a highlight we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommend Mina as your tour guide.

  I was alone for half day in Cairo and arranged with the Ritz Carlton for a tour to the Pyramids and Sphinx. I was lucky to have a Wagih as my tour guide. He is caring, funny and a guide who is a certified Egyptologist. Wagih took memorable pictures of my visit to the Pyramids and the Sphinx including of me on the camel and the horse buggy. I went in January which was peak season in Egypt but Wagih confidently maneuvered our journey so that we were not held up. Wagih also took me to a papyrus shop, clothing shop and a silver jewellery shop, where I was able to buy good gifts for my family. As a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend Wagih as a guide as he made me feel safe and comfortable. Wagih is friendly and a warm person. Having a proper guide is essential in Egypt to lend some context to the history of Egypt.

  Mina is the very best guide! He is so passionate about his country and history and just loved spending two days together. We enjoyed our first tour so much we requested a second tour with him.   Great experience. Guide showed me and my family so much culture. I’ll definitely will recommend my friends and family to experience there tours. Driver took us to nice spots that was friendly and safe. A1 time and I can wait to come back

  The day was truly wonderful. We requested a tour to the remote pyramids in Dashour and to Saqqara. Mina was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.   Outstanding experience with Mark Egypt Tours. The visit to the Pyramids of Giza was perfectly organized and truly elevated by our guide, Wagih Thabit (Jorge), an excellent Egyptologist.   Wagih went above and beyond to give us the best experiences! He was very knowledgeable, warm and patient. You really couldn’t ask for a better guide. Our driver Ibrahim somehow made us feel safe on the streets of Cairo with the crazy driving. I could not speak more highly of them both or recommend them enough.

  With 3 days in Cairo maximizing time with a professional guide and driver is a brilliant way to see as much as possible. Our Senior Guide Wagih was extensively knowledgeable. A very happy, helpful and friendly person, we were in good hands. Over 3 days we visited the Pyramids, Sphinx, Grand Egyptian Museum, Markets, Bazaars, had a Nile dinner cruise, had a go at rug making, papyrus making, visited spice shops and Egyptian jewelry shops. Whatever we wanted, Wagih would get on his phone and have a solution in minutes. If you want a personal guide with extensive local knowledge and who is well connected with tourist solutions, Wagih is the chap to book.
