  If you are thinking of renting a boat then I would recommend going to PalmBoats. Super service, nice and helpful staff, good place and super boats. We just had a lot of fun and the crew is flexible and thinks along. Top and see you next time 😎

  

• Fun morning boat ride!

  Boat was easy for us to use (we have previous boating experience and have a pontoon). Clean. Was asked if we watched the video….We hadn’t (didn’t know about it?), didn’t get to watch it, and got a quick tutorial instead. So this element could have been better IMO. Bring your own beverages, water, snacks. Nothing available onsite to purchase. That was a bummer but was our fault for not asking in advance. They provide a cooler and ice which is nice. We puttered around the coast and visited Klein Bonaire. There are only a few moorings there, so you may need to wait to tie up. This was a lot of fun- jumping off, swimming to the island, and hanging out (bring a wet bag to make it easier to transport any items you want with you). You are limited as to where you can travel, only just in one general area up and down the coast. I don’t really know where all 39 snorkel spots are that are advertised since we were told to stay away from the shore… mostly the Klein Bonaire is where you go since that’s a good beach and we didn’t find other beaches to visit. I think this element should be more transparent. Don’t forget cash for the fuel- neither of our US credit cards didn’t work on their system (they did work on Curaçao and Aruba) so we were glad to have cash with us. We had inquired about the option to pivot to the afternoon if a spot opened up, via the Viator message system but didn’t ever get a response. For the price, it was a fun experience. Would recommend to others who are comfortable operating a boat, maybe less so to brand new captains with no experience. Great family activity.

  We were on a cruise & stopped in Bonaire for the day. I had read the reviews about Palm Boats and so we decided this would be an amazing thing to do. We had the best time! By far this was the best thing we did during our entire trip! The boat was easy to drive & came supplied with a cooler of ice. We had brought our own drinks so that was perfect. The best parts were being able to go where you wanted, when you wanted and spend as much time at each location as you wanted. We just went around to different sites and hooked up to a bouy to snorkel and swim. It was the best day ever! So glad we did this and would definitely recommend doing it for anyone thinking about it!

  We had a fantastic day on the water in Bonaire. The five of us enjoyed challenging sailing weather. It was windy and we were warned about that, we were allowed to rebook. But the rough weather was no problem for us. Sailing fast we got soaking wet, but if there was a calmer sail, it was fine to do. The explanation of the boat (by Daniel and a new colleague) was clear and friendly which made us feel at ease. It is a super fun experience that we recommend to everyone.

  It's really nice and the people are very nice. The explanation can and should be a bit better. Around small bonaire it is very shallow and the chance of hitting something is more than high. It is indicated that you must sail outside the buoys but they are very limited. In short, you are going to get damage to your screw and you are going to pay for it..
