After getting kitted out with a mountain bike with 24 gears and front suspension and your helmet, begin peddling through the spectacular rural countryside. First, visit the quaint visit of Ban Khuai for the opportunity to see how local people live. Make stops to greet the locals and get a sense of Thai culture and traditions. Next, cycle along the irrigation canal and make a stop to visit the local wood furniture workshop and learn about how these incredible pieces are made. Then, take a dirt road that passes through beautiful rice paddies. Alongside the spectacular scenery, witness many aspects of rural life in Thailand while interacting with local people when possible. You may have the chance to participate in planting next season's crops depending on the time of your visit. Even at the beginning we were simply surprised: Every bike was labeled with our name how cool is that please?! 😂 So we couldn’t mix anything up and felt super organized and welcome. But that was just the beginning. The absolute highlight was clearly Jip and his service during the tour. Honestly, it felt like a 5-star experience. We always had water with us and as soon as it was empty it was refilled directly. And here comes the most blatant: While we were looking at a temple, they simply realigned our bikes in the background (perfect in the direction of travel!) AND all water bottles refilled. Just like a secret pit stop 😄 Even the snacks were mega all homemade by his family. You just realize how much heart and soul is in it. The whole tour was well organized, super pleasant and you felt extremely well looked after the whole time. Jip himself is mega likeable, funny and full of energy just like you wish for a guide! I can only really thank you a thousand times for this experience. Absolute recommendation I would make again immediately

We did the tour with Jib yesterday and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in Thailand. Even though our group was quite tired, a bit hungover and had barely slept the night before, Jib and his family made us feel welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. They are incredibly kind, warm and caring people who really look after their guests. Jib’s understanding, positive energy and enthusiasm motivated our whole group and helped us enjoy the tour to the fullest despite our lack of sleep. You can really feel how much love and passion he puts into what he does. A very special highlight was when Jib organized a birthday cake for one of our group members. Celebrating together with Jib and his family made the day even more memorable and showed how thoughtful and dedicated he is. We had so much fun, learned a lot and felt taken care of the entire time. Our hearts are full and we are so grateful for this beautiful experience. Jib is honestly one of the best guides we have ever had. If you are visiting Sukhothai, this is absolutely the best tour you can do. Highly recommended! Warm regards from all of us and thank you again for this unforgettable day! 🙏✨

If you have enough time in Sukhothai, I highly recommend the half-day countryside bike tour. It was an incredible way of seeing the Sukhothai countryside, meeting kind people and learning about their work and way of life in an authentic way. It was one of the key highlights of my trip to Thailand.

This was already my Third cycle tour from and with Jib and Miauw. And, this has a raison! Not only their tour is superb, the landscape, the temples, their snacks and lunch in local restaurant but furthermore: these people themselves! This is not just a job for them. This is there passion, way of life. They tell you how life is or can be for the ricefarmers, the villagepeople. Think about the flods. Their knowledge of history is splendid. I can only say: till next year Jib and Miauw! I see you as my friends. Thank you very much. Greetings, Ton

The tour was amazing, which was due to Miaouw, who was a very good guide. I called her the day before and she made the tour happen. I learned about local produce, the rice seasons and enjoyed the countryside. We did around 30km of road, some of IT in the City while exploring local handcraft, some of IT between the ricefields. We finished in a local restaurant. As i was alone i payed for 2 people but also had Miaouws whole attention. Can only recommend it! Thank you for a beautiful day!

Had an amazing day cycling through the countryside learning about the culture and everyday life of the people that live in Sukhothai. Our tour guide Jib was kind and very helpful throughout the day. Although there was flooding due to the time of year Jib planned our route around it. This made the experience a lot more interesting and provided a perspective on the time of year most people don’t see. I loved every moment of it and would highly recommend it.

We were in Thailand for four weeks but this half day tour was what taught us the most about Thailand, at least rural Thailand, as a country and about the people who live there, it was really amazing. We did it as a family of four with one child being 11 and the other 8 they both managed to do all the cycling with no problem not only did we go around the rice paddies as you'd expect but also went through the village, spoke to locals, saw their gardens and some of the cottage industry and gained an insight into what they did for entertainment, we talked about cock fighting for example. Then the guide took us for a brilliant lunch where we continued the conversation but also he made sure that we had the local flavours typical rural Thai food which was really lovely. We also went and saw locals fishing in the river and even had a bit of a go, the locals offered one of my children to have a go at fishing which he did! An experience I think that will stay with him. The visit to the cooperative joinery workshop and also the distillery were fascinating as well. It is difficult when in a country to look beyond the tourist services that you see and try and understand the country this really helped us to begin to do that.

Had a Sunset BikeTour with Mr. Jib and his (silent + frog-gathering) cousin Kop - what an incredibly beautiful activity! After many backpacking trails through the world, almost 50 countries + 5 continents a highlight in 3 weeks Thailand. Jip is a great person with karma, great English, good stories and a lot of background knowledge. Interesting stops at the locals without the otherwise frequent sales show. And what a blatantly beautiful blue and white temple was THAT in the middle of nowhere?!? The bikes are by SEA standards the Lambos among the rental bikes, the route mega and the 4 hours with 25km (instead of 15km in 2.5 hours) passed like in flight. Thank you, Mr. Jip, for a great family experience, your time + words, the great bikes and for letting us see a piece of authentic Thailand through your eyes!! Can only recommend this bike agency without restriction - support it!! All the best for you, your lovely family + the 28 cute cats, Markus-Nina-Mika-Tara from Germany
