Our guide, Nate, was welcoming, informative and genuine. Frances and Gloria shared interesting insights about their local culture and the waterfall was spectacular to see up close.

We booked a private tour that went from Port Douglas to Cooktown. Our guide Kane was friendly, knowledgeable and we had a great time. Kane told us interesting stories about his lfe growing up in the Daintree and we really got to see the beauty of the place.

  • The best tour to experience the most untouched, ancient and least explored beauty of the Daintree in a short time!!

What an incredible experience! I have to say it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life! Kane is a true gem, with a wealth of knowledge on the cultural and natural history of the Daintree region. He was not only knowlegedable but engaging, passionate, and truly committed to sharing the beauty and importance of this incredible place.the most memorable experiences of my life! Kane is a true gem, with a wealth of knowledge on the cultural and natural history of the Daintree region. He was not only knowlegedable but engaging, passionate, and truly committed to sharing the beauty and importance of this incredible place. Kane took us to some of the best and least seen spots in the Daintree, from the most ancient trees, untouched beaches to hidden waterfalls and breathtaking lookouts. He shared his unique insight into the land, pointing out the endemic plant and animal species and providing facts about their significance and habitat. What truly stood out about Kane as a tour guide is his genuine connection to the land. He has a genuine, deep love and respect for this incredible place, and it was infectious. His passion for conservation was clear, and he made sure that we as visitors understood how important it is to preserve these environments for future generations. I would highly recommend this Daintree tour to anyone looking to experience the true beauty and culture of this remarkable place. I guarantee that you will come away from this experience with a part if the Daintree in your heart, feeling awe inspired, and grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of it. Thank you, Kane, for sharing the incredible Daintree world with us! We are keen to experience ALL of the tours in the future!

We had a great time with Kane on our 1/2 day 4wd tour. Kane was super knowledgeable and interesting, and we really appreciated his perspective of the Daintree. He took us to spots that we never would have discovered on our own. As well as creating amazing holiday memories, it was the perfect learning experience for our 4 young children who absorbed it all. Our only regret is that we didn't book a full day tour!

Had a fantastic time on this tour with our guide Kane. He took us to some amazing spots we otherwise would never have known about or seen, and he was very knowledgeable about the area. We also did the night tour with Kane and this also is definitely a must do! Would very highly recommend - both of these tours were 11/10 and made our Cape Trip and Daintree experience very memorable

As we were the only ones on this tour we enjoyed having it all go at our pace. Doug was very knowledgeable and made all the walks interesting but not overload of information. As the Falls were inaccessible we instead went on the local Croc tour which was also amazing.

We all had an excellent time driving to the Bloomfield track. We did the half day tour, and saw many interesting things and the drive thru the rainforest was fascinating. Doug did a great job of educating us about both flora and fauna, local history and indigenous culture. Some of the locations we stopped at where amazing, like Cowie beach and the view down onto the Bloomfield river, where we saw a huge croc. Wugal Wugal is amazing, spent a great time with Francis as she explained local culture, history, the land, and anything we wanted to ask questions about. Thanks for an excellent morning.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tour! Our guide, Wynta, is professional, accommodating and passionate about life in Cape Trib and Daintree. He’s also very knowledgeable about rainforests and the local community. We shared similar philosophy and both my husband and I really appreciated our conversations with Wynta and his company. One of the highlights of the tour was definitely walking with Francis and Gloria at Wujal Wujal. We are grateful that they welcomed us to their land and shared with us their personal stories and wisdom. Our swim at Emmagen Creek (filled with jungle perch) was great fun! Happy that we got to visit a few extra gems (especially Dragonfly!). We would love to visit again!! Thanks also to Josh and Brooke for organising our tour, adding the croc cruise for us and helping us with the transfers from Cow Bay to Port Douglas. Our whole journey felt very personalised and we came out with greater appreciation of the local regions, people and nature. :)
