Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay

5.00Yeah, sure. Meals, cave, kayak / boat with rowing. Long NGUYEN guide very attentive and available. Drinks all paid for. Comfortable and well air conditioned boat. Showers for after kayaking and swimming.

4.00Loved HaLong Bay and recommend it. Our guide was more a people organiser but he did it well. Lunch was okay, but no complaints. We felt looked after and enjoyed the day. Would have liked more commentary from the guide.

4.00Great day. Smooth transition to the boat thanks to our guide. Firstly lunch where we had to share a table with another family; lunch was fine. Then kayaking which was the highlight of the day for me, first time and loved it. The cave visit had incredible views and then swimming. Be aware that it is crowded during these stops, lots and lots of tourists so be patient and take it for what it is. Our guide Johnny and his colleague were superb and ensured we were looked after. Overall a great day out

5.00Well planned, hassle free trip...the tour guide was amazing..Lunch had vegeterian options as per request..there were options to purchase food and drinks on board as well..It was crowded as expected on a weekend but overall a great experience for me and my family
