Follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay

4.00A good tour that covers key sites on Ha Long Bay in an afternoon. Nice lunch on the cruise out there but staff might be better advised asking table by table to go up to the buffet rather than allowing a free for all! Cruise boat was quite comfortable. Spectacular views of the limestone islands and islets once you escape the haziness of the port area. The stair climb up to the top of Titop island is strenuous but worth it for the views.

5.00The ship is good, staff super friendly, meal excellent, combo of stops for kayak / boat, cave walk and view climb ending off with sunset 'party' great DJ EDM was so much fun. Best money I spent in Vietnam. Don't bring plastic water bottles. They will be confiscated. Be prepared to say no to hard sell on pearls and drinks. They bill the latter at the end and can be more than the whole cruise.

5.00It’s a very full - half day cruise with lots of brilliant aspects. Wear sturdy shoes for the cave / climb. The caves are stunning, as is the climb to the summit of Ti Top the views are brilliant. And the sunset disco on the way back was awesome. (And happy hour was a bonus). Great value for money and superb staff.

5.00It very nice, the lunch buffet was excellent. Lee the tour guide was outstanding. The caves where amazing and the beach was okay. Recommend!! The price was great as well.

5.00Our tour guide, Lee, was friendly and knowledgeable. He and the rest of the staff made it a great experience for us. All the sites are beautiful, as expected. Kayaking is also a fun and safe activity.

1.00The tour itself is as described BUT they hire inexperienced tour operators to run the tours. Our guide smoked , coughed , and sat on his phone all afternoon , giving poor to no instructions. When I let Viator know - they said sorry …. This isn’t a reason to request a refund. STAY AWAY from this tour company. They take zero responsibility and do NOT hire appropriate tour guides , and DO NOT stand behind their name !!!!
