Great trip to the Great Barrier Reef and!

5.00We had a great half day trip on the water! We attended the presentation before boarding the boat where Seb gave an interesting talk about the Great Barrier Reef and what we would be seeing. I would recommend attending this because it gave us a better idea of what to look for when we were actually snorkeling. Our captain Alex was very thorough and all members of the staff were safety conscious. A headcount was taken several times before and after our time in the water. On this five hour journey, there was a one and a half hour boat ride each way with two hours of snorkeling out on the reef. This was a perfect length of time for us and the boat ride was extremely pleasant! I chose this tour because it included prescription lenses in the mask which I definitely needed. I would highly recommend Pure Snorkelling!

5.00This snorkelling trip was amazing! The team, led by Seb, Cam, Laurence, and others was great. They were so knowledgeable and eager to share their love of the ocean and its inhabitants. They were careful to accommodate each participant’s needs and gave great instruction on how to get the most out of the experience. It was a highlight of my time in Australia!

5.00Could not recommend this tour enough. Staff were friendly and were helpful in pointing out creatures and unique coral. We were able to snorkel super close to the reef and had an amazing time! Shout out to Sophie and Cam who were so awesome in snorkeling with us and pointing out such cool things.

5.00The team were absolutely brilliant, taking the time to point out corals, fish, sharks and even a turtle swimming by, Laurence, Monica and Kiki spent lots of time with my husband and I who were both nervous, what can I say, the crew are outstanding I couldn't get my camera to work so they sent me some pictures. 5.00Four of us had a terrific experience exploring part of the Great Barrier Reef with Pure Snorkeling during our cruise’s stop in Cairns. The starting point was only a 15-20” walk from the Cruise Ship Terminal and we arrived in time for the informative pre-excursion video presentation by one of the very knowledgeable marine biologists who accompanied our trip. We were extremely impressed by the entire team's friendliness, professionalism and dedication to everyone’s safety, comfort and enjoyment. Kudos to all: Bailey, Jared, Laurence, Seb and Sophie! We highly recommend the Half Day Great Barrier Reef snorkeling program from Pure Snorkeling!
