5.00Great experience very professional from captain to all crew members. They had a wide range of visitors from 7-70yrs. old and made all groups feel comfortable in the water. Cam was our designated guide he spent the most time with us pointing out fish etc. while snorkeling that we most likely would have missed. Great experience

The guidance provided was clear, and they ensured everyone felt safe and comfortable in the water. The snorkelling itself was amazing—beautiful marine life, clear water, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It was a great balance of professionalism and enjoyment. Overall, a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The crew was amazing and accommodated for all of our needs and made me feel super comfortable in the water! The boat was also very clean and spacious. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great, easy Great Barrier Reef experience!!

5.00This was honestly so amazing. I usually don't leave reviews but I just loved this tour. I really appreciate they were offering half day tours with 2h in the water, perfect duration imo. We had 3 marine biologists on board and they were our guides in the water! I also really appreciated the optional half an hour presentation by Laurence before the tour to get to know the fishes we were about to see. Locally owned company - one of the last ones apparently... - one more reason to pick them over another one. Thanks!
Lots to see. Pre-trip lecture very informative. Staff attentive and helpful at all times.

5.00The marine biologist was very informative; I'm glad I came early for her talk. It's optional, but you should definitely attend. The captain and crew were great. They were all very upbeat and extremely helpful. Right as we were ending the excursion, my brother's phone sank to the bottom of the GBR in one of those waterproof pouches he bought at the front desk (he didn't clip in properly). The crew looked for it but could not find it since we had to head back. However, they went above and beyond and looked for it the next day and FOUND IT!!! They called me up and it was returned to him. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, two thumbs up!

5.00Had an incredible day out with Pure Snorkelling. Their new site at Sudbury reef has amazing coral cover and depth. We lucked out with calm conditions but the highlight of the day is the crew! Don't hesitate, make sure you book in with these guys, they are the best half day Great Barrier Reef tour!

5.00What an amazing experience! The crew are very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about what we would see and experience from the pre boarding film. Don't miss it! The ride out to the reef can be very rough in spots, so definitely take an anti nausea pill prior. Beginning to end I loved every bit of this experience. We would 100% recommend Pure Snorkeling!
