Levi offers an amazing opportunity to explore and witness the serenity of the wilderness. On this tour we travel by foot. You get to hike in authentic arctic nature in the fell area with our professional guide who is specialized in nature photography.

This tour starts at our meeting point in Levi with a gear check. After making sure we are properly geared for adventure, we will step into minivan and travel to Pallas-Ylläs national park. You get to experience exceptional opportunities to view the pristine nature and landscapes of Lapland throughout the tour. During this adventure we will also find a place to rest and build a fire to cook light lunch and enjoy the nature.

All our destinations are carefully chosen to represent the most impressive variety of landscapes and idyllic scenery. Trekking through the snowy forests and frosty fells without causing a disturbance we feel an intimate connection with nature.

A pretty immersive walk under the snowy fir trees

It snowed non-stop that day with a lot of wind but we wanted to maintain the activity. So our guide adapted the route, we stayed in the forest to be sheltered. The atmosphere of the snowy fir trees was magical! We had not taken snowshoes, which gave some crazy laughs considering the depth of snow on the return. The little stop in the cabin to grill sausages and chamallow was very nice and typical.

We had an incredible moment seeing beautiful landscapes being guide by Meri. She was super nice and accommodating, she told us a lot about Finland, explained everything about the trees. Amazing activity, we recommend! Btw, great northern lights, we loved it ;)

The whole tour was great. From the pick-up to the journey, the hike and the guide, everything was perfect. Guide Maria was very nice and was able to give us lots of tips on photography and about the country and its people. The pictures we received will remind us of this great trip for a long time to come.
