5.00My visit to the Palace of Versailles was an incredible experience overall. At the beginning, I have to admit it was a bit complicated and confusing to find the meeting point, which caused some initial stress. However, once the tour started, everything completely changed. The organization was excellent, and the experience became truly wonderful. I would especially like to highlight the guide from the 10:45 a.m. tour. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he did an exceptional job. His way of explaining, the level of detail, and the passion he showed while sharing the history made everything come to life. Thanks to him, the visit was much more enriching, interesting, and memorable. Without a doubt, despite the small inconvenience at the beginning, it was an experience totally worth it. Highly recommended

5.00A wonderful experience in the Palace of Versailles with the guide Juan. Not only does it explain the history of the palace and the information about each room you visit with it, but you don’t queue up (only for security screening). I recommend this little vine 100%.

1.00Make sure your head phones work and persist in asking for new ones. I asked 3 times for new ones as I couldn’t hear the guide but he kept dismissing me. I walked around Versailles with no guidance or information. Eventually he offered me a new set but we were almost at the end of the tour. Very disappointing experience.

4.00Our guide was very good about keeping the group together and being seen (the umbrella was a nice touch)! The audio was a big help so we were able to hear what she had to say. She was very accessible, knowledgeable, and very patient to lead a big group like ours. Nice experience!

4.00The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, but although the visit included the entrance to the palaces of Trianon, the guide was not included. I suggest hiring an audio guide at least. The great thing about going on your own, was that we could handle the visiting times later!

3.00Guided tour only lasted one hour. The microphone allowed us to hear the guide but it was difficult to find him in the crowd since he didn’t keep the group together. At the end of the tour he pointed to the gardens and said we can tour the rest on our own. We never found the Trianon that we paid extra for access. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of the tour and wish we had just done it on our own with an audio tour.
