  A fabulous way to experience Hanoi. The e-bikes were excellent - and the guide was very informative and fun! We visited places I never would have seen on my own or on a traditional walking or vehicle tour. I highly recommend!

  Absolutely amazing experience on our electric bike tour of Hanoi today! The tour was wonderfully organised and such a fantastic way to explore the city. Our guide, Lily, was incredibly friendly, informative, and so accommodating throughout the entire journey. She made us feel completely safe as we navigated the vibrant streets of Hanoi, and her deep knowledge and love for the city really made the experience special.   Very insightful tour guide and saw many sides of Hanoi. Strongly recommend this experience. Guide took us to an incredible Vietnamese lunch and we learned so much about the culture in our time together.

  The team is great, very friendly and helpful and the bikes are really fun to ride. I saw parts of Hanoi I didn’t know existed. A must do to see the “real” Hanoi!

  We had the chance to live a beautiful quality experience! We took a nice bike ride through the countryside and the city, in a completely safe and pleasant way, and above all, with an outstanding guide. He shared his country's passion with us. This moment is one of the best of our 5 weeks trip to Asia!!!

  Fun and exciting tour around the outskirts of Ha Noi, bikes are easy to ride and not tired at all. Cozy coffee shop near hanoi cathedrale saint joseph.

  I joined the Half Day Hanoi Tour last week with my friends. So amazing. I discover the banana garden under the Long Bien bridge. It is fantastic. Another thing I like about this tour is the way I enjoy coffee and listen to birds singing. I have highly recommended it.

  Thanks all of you for half-day city tours as wonderfulday as well as perfect tours services. when i'm talk with the guide at the information support center, i'm really wonder about tours with this bicyle :D cause i'm out of workout for little bit long time. :D. However, when i'm try to test this .... WOW, so easy to practice, ride, and so cool on e-bike. After that, im really enjoyed half day city tours, thanks for Hien, Hung, thanks all of you gave me a great experience. Hope the best to Electric Smile tours!
