Amazing experience! Isabel contacted us right as we were parking and walked us through everything. We went as a family of 7 ages 5-55 and everyone had a great time. Each horse has a escort so you have someone with you at all times helping you horse back ride through the rain forest. At a half way point you rest, have an opportunity to do some local shopping and eat if you packed food. We packed sandwiches and ordered food for the end of the trip. After that it's a medium hike to the water fall but it is soooo worth it. It is absolutely beautiful and myself and all my kids weren't swimming. There's a bunch of boulders in the water so the little just sat on the boulders but myself and my older kids swam to the deep end. The water was so refreshing. Bring extra pesos for pictures with the parrot and to tip your team. Would definitely recommend!
