The full day private tour with city highlights and monkey island was terrific. Besides having the best name for a tour company ever, My Friend Mario delivered on all expectations. Mario was full of information, which he delivered in a storytelling way that kept us all engaged. He was amazing and we learned so much. He was also very patient with some special needs of our group. We saw everything we came to see and more. Airport transfers were also prompt and affordable. Drivers were very careful and we felt safe. Highly recommended.

I was only able to book 6 online but i gave Mario a call and he was able to accommodate my party of 10. Our tour guide name was Alex and he did a great job and we learned a lot. Our driver name was Mary and she too did and awesome job. If your looking for a half day tour with good peoples this is it. I would highly recommend Mario and his team of professionals.

Of the tours we took in 6 different destinations, this was the van in worse condition than we were served. Unfortunately the guide we were touched by didn’t give many explanations (it wasn’t any of the guides that came in the confirmation email, but it was another different name), it was a rainy day and we were already delayed in the departure of the tour by the slow departure of the port, and to complicate the day, our guide delayed in leaving because he was attending and getting guides to other people who also wanted tours and coordinating to give them Service, (a task that I continued by phone for much of the outbound trip to Panama) the first stop instead of being the canal or something of tourist interest as planned, was a duty free zone where we left enough time for shopping, and for this reason we could no longer visit the new area of Panama and the old town we did it by car and not walking for the same reason. We also did not arrive in time to see any boat in Miraflores although at least we knew the facilities. He also did not give time to the Centennial Bridge on the way back because they no longer gave the schedules. It was not a bad ride but it was less than we expected. Remarkable that if they were in port, they were attentive in answering the emails and gave the Service. With the agency there were no drawbacks in this private tour. If I recommend just confirming well with the assigned guide what the itinerary will be and how the tour will be organized to prioritize what is important for the group and not have this type of disappointment.

This tour was excellent and gave us insight ad history to the area, we enjoyed Mario, the only unfortunate thing that happened was his tyre got caught in a grate in gutter, as it was missing, and the company would not come to help get him free, but otherwise an excellent tour.

Not worth the cost and/or time. One of the locations we were supposed to visit was closed. Most of our time spent at the Panama Canal which after seeing it in about 10/15mins you could easily move on to something else. Waste of money.

The description says it starts at 08:00. I was told by the tour operator that my pickup would be at 09:00. At 09:15 I started asking the tour company for an update. Finally a driver arrived just before 10:00. He didn't really have an explanation for the mix up. In fact, he told me that he was just asked to take me to the Miraflores Locks. He did help me with my bags and was pleasant for the few minutes I had with him. I then explored Miraflores Locks on my own remember you have to pay your own admission. I then met up with my guide Mario who told me that I was the only one on the tour. We then went to Ancon Hill. I am a bigger guy but it took only about 30min to climb the hill to get to the top to get all the views of Panama. We then relaxed at the top until I was ready to go back down. Then off to Casco Antiguo where we did a walking tour of the area. After the tour concluded, we went to a cafe for lunch and then he agreed to drop me off at the airport instead of my hotel for an additional sum. Overall once the tour started it was great... Mario is a good guide and nothing beats being the only one on the tour. However, the initial confusion and delay did mean that the day started off on a less than positive note. Something to consider.
