What To Expect
Little Water Cay
Little Water Cay is an island of approximately 116.2 acres, northeast of the Leeward area of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands. It is a low-lying former island. It is a very important wildlife habitat, particularly for the endangered endemic Turks and Caicos Rock Iguana (Cyclura carinata). Nature lovers can observe several habitats on the cay, including mangrove and buttonwood communities, hyper-saline and tidal flat areas, coastal coppice, and coastal scrub. In addition to our diverse flora visitors can spot a good range of birds typical of coastal habitats such as Osprey, Brown Pelicans, several species of shorebird and Bananaquits.

5.00We booked a private snorkel trip with Island Charters and had a really great experience. The captain and first mate were excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and really focused on making sure we had a memorable day. They took us to some incredible, less crowded spots where the coral was healthy and beautiful, not broken up like you sometimes see in more popular areas. We saw sea turtles, sharks, barracuda, and tons of fish—exactly what we were hoping for as experienced snorkelers. They also took us a bit off the beaten path, which made a big difference in the quality of the snorkeling. We ended the trip with a stop at Iguana Island, where we walked over to the Atlantic side—such a cool contrast and definitely worth seeing. To top it off, they prepared a fresh fish lunch that was absolutely delicious. Everything felt clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully done. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend booking a trip with Island Charters.

5.00We had the absolute best time chartering a boat this past Friday! Our family excursion to Iguana Island, Noah’s Ark, and the Shipwreckwas easily the highlight of our trip. Captain Chris and First Mate Learonn are a dream team—they clearly know these islands inside and out. I was especially impressed by Learonn; when the water got a bit choppy, he went out of his way to chat with me and keep my mind off the waves, which I so appreciated. With great food, expert navigation, and excellent company, we couldn't have asked for a better day on the water. Highly recommend!

5.00We just went for a bachelorette and it was the highlight of our trip!! We got to pick our itinerary when we got on the boat and they even cooked a fresh lunch for us of incredible seafood for our half day charter. If you’re contemplating this company don’t think twice!
