What To Expect
Experience Whale Season. Join us during whale season, from July to late November. Our expert guides will navigate the waters, ensuring respectful and ethical encounters with these majestic creatures. An exclusive half-day to discover the cetaceans and other animals of Moorea. French Polynesia has established some of the strictest regulations to protect whales, ensuring minimal stress during interactions. Boats maintain a safe distance of 100 meters, while swimmers must stay at least 30 meters away, making each encounter both safe and respectful.

5.00The experience of private whale watching with Marie and Julien was wonderful; and they are very nice people to spend the afternoon with! They came to pick us up at the hotel, their boat is very nice and modern, they are well informed and professional and most importantly they respect all rules to preserve the whales environment and life (versus some other tour operators). We managed to see & swim with whales and wait for them at the right spot, we swam so close to them, the baby whale played with us and Marie guided us so well. We felt safe all the way long although it is a very impressive animal to swim with. After that, we had a very bespoke tour as after swimming with the whales we went to see turtles and little sharks. It was perfect for our honeymoon holiday and we would go again with them if we ever come back. Especially for me it was important to choose professionals who would respect the animals and their environment while doing this amazing experience. I hope governments will keep allowing whale watching and swimming as long as professional respect rules and animal privacy.

5.00We were really lucky to rely on Julien and Marie! After several unsuccessful tours, we were discouraged and worried that we would not be able to fulfill our dream of swimming with whales. Instead, they, with great professionalism, passion and dedication, did everything possible to give us this opportunity, despite the weather being unfavorable and the sea rather rough. Thanks to their experience and attention, we were able to live a unique and unforgettable experience, which we will always carry in our hearts. 5.00This was such an amazing experience! Marie and Julien were wonderful guides! I was able to swim with a pod of Pygmy orcas and three humpback whales (a mother, a calf and a friend). It was incredible and Marie and Julien were friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little scared when first getting into the water and they were very encouraging and helpful and made me feel very safe.

5.00We had a great outing with Ultra Reef! They picked us up from our hotel and took us right to the boat. The crew was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The whale season has just started but we got to snorkel with a mother and calf first and then another juvenile humpback. It was a once in a lifetime experience that we won't forget!
