Our guide Mayya was amazing! We loved her enthusiasm and cheerful spirit! Thank you for welcoming us to Thailand! She was very informative and attentive! The railway market and floating market were incredible to see! A few things for anyone taking the tour to be aware of: - A cab picked us up at our hotel for 8 am, and then took us to the meeting point. Our tour didn't actually start until 9 am. We waited for probably 40 minutes until the tour started at 9. - The timing for when the tour finishes is different than in the estimated time. The tour ended up finishing around 4 pm. If you are booking two tours or have other plans in the same day as this tour, be mindful that it finishes later than described. - At the end of the tour, we were dropped off at MBK Centre, not at the original pick up location or hotel.

Abort, abort… I should have cancelled as soon as I met the guide Sara in the morning. She immediately warned me we would be 3 hours late coming back around 4-4:30 instead of 1:30 as it states. She then proceeded to tell me they drop everyone off at 1 location instead of our hotel as promised. After riding in the van for almost 2 hours we get on the it s train with 100% tourists and go to the most disgusting market. The worst part was coming on the boats. I can’t believe they take money for this. I go on tours all of the time and have never written a bad review but must warn other people. What a scam this is. As soon as meeting Sara I contacted Viator for help but still have not heard back.

Phu is an awesome guide. Knowledgeable, explains very well, is nice, gentle . We were very pleased . The driver Phi was also excellent and drove in a very peaceful way. We totally recommend this tour .

Perhaps the best two things to do in Bangkok. The floating market is another world and the train market is like no other. Really happy with Maya’s service.
