I actually did a full fishing day with Medz and Jeff. I had originally joined an existing group that eventually canceled, so it was just me and the guys. We had a great day fishing the reef and caught a bunch of perfect eating-size snapper and a porgy. But what made the day was how awesome Medz and Jeff were to hang out. They were funny, helpful and patient even as I let a few snapper off the hook literally with fish that kept stealing my live bait that the guys caught before we headed out of Mangrove Marina. But the highlight was spending some time on Bread and Butter Caye. The guys whipped up an awesome lunch of fresh fish that we just caught, plus some sides. Belize was amazing but I think this was my favorite moment.
