Our captain was very knowledgeable about the surrounding wildlife and pointed out very interesting aspects that we all took notice of. We found amazing shells and saw dolphins. What more can you ask!

Captain Joey was personable, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He was very familiar with the area and operated the Carolina Skiff safely. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. We came back with a lot of shells. We would highly recommend Sand Dollar Shelling for tours, excursions, and experiences.

Great experience. Guides were very personal. Paul S. and Veronica did a fantastic job. Veronica is a naturalist and SO knowledgeable. Both were helpful finding amazing shells. Loved that they provided our own netted bags for our shells.

Very well organized. Captain Megan was informative and a fabulous host. We saw many dolphin on the way to the island and she would stop the boat to give us a better view of them. We staying on the island about 2 hours and had a blast exploring and finding our treasures

I did a later tour (3:45pm-6:45) to aim for sunset, for photography purposes. I managed to get some nice shots. I was not sure about collecting shells, but it turned out to be quite fun. Captain Paul S was a great pilot, and VERY knowledgeable about the shells we were finding. Highly recommended!

Captain Joey was superb! He guided us to once in a lifetime shelling at Kice Island and played with dolphins as “icing on the cake”! We had a wonderful morning and recommend Sand Dollar highly.
What an amazing day to the 10,000 islands! Dolphins in our boat wake, and amazing shelling with Joey at the helm!

What a fabulous day with Joey at the helm! We had dolphins following us in the boat wake on the way to the island! Once we arrived, Joey gave us all a ‘101’ on the shells we would be seeing, and then we were off to find our treasures! I would highly recommend taking this tour to the 10,000 islands!

The trip was even better than advertised. The staff was kind, friendly and polite, even when I had to change my reservation. Captain Joey was the best! Knowledge, helpful without being condescending. Can’t wait to come back.
