Driver changed pickup time and did not inform me

1.00Tha driver changed the pickup time and did not let me know. He came 2 hours earlier than he was scheduled. I had co tasted him Toler him know I was coming in the tour and I was at the pickup point 30 minutes early but I later found out that he had come 2 hours earlier. I demand a refund.

5.00A very relaxing informative excursion. A personal experience rather than the large big bus situation. My wife had a recent knee injury prior to the excursion. John stopped at his house and gave her a cane allowing her to enjoy the excursion much more.

5.00We had a fantastic tour of Burnie and its surrounds. John was an informative and flexible tour guide , accomodating our needs . We visited Devonport, Penguin and Sheffield . On the way we were able to explore the Spreyton Cider cellar door, Anvers Chocolate Factory and Baringwood Winery . There was plenty of beautiful scenery , coastal and inland . Thanks John for a memorable tour .
