We start cycling from the start point located nearby Siem Reap River at the outskirts of the city where there is less traffic and cycle directly to local market which is the first stop for our tour. After visiting this local market, we will continue cycling to the second stop which is rice paddy field. We spend some times here by learning all history and process of growing rice as well as villagers background around the location. Next, we cycle to the third stop which is rattan basket family to visit how they make it. Then, we continue to visit a family producing rice wine, feeding pig and duck. We will learn how to make Cambodian rice wine and you will have the oppotunity to try it as well. After this family, we will cycle to the pagoda which is the last stop for this tour spending some times here by learning about Buddhism and its history that flowed to Cambodia. After that, we cycle to the point where we start cycling and ride Tuk Tuk back to your hotel.

We had an amazing time on our half day cycle trip in the country with Chum. He was enthusiastic, well organized and very knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to get off the beaten track and see how the rural Cambodian people work and live. This cycle was one of the most memorable things we did in Cambodia.

We really enjoyed our morning out biking around local villages and rural areas and interacting with locals in Siem Reap. Our tour guide Chum was very knowledgeable about Cambodian history and culture and shared with us plenty of insightful stories. Highly recommended
